  • Assessment and guidance on the intake of vitamins and supplements to support overall health and wellness.

Nutritional Guidance:

  • Advice and recommendations regarding food choices, including a breakdown of protein, carbohydrates, and fats from different sources.

Review of Blood Work and Nutritional Impact:

  • Analyzing blood work results after doctor approval to understand how diet and nutrition may impact health and well-being.

Exercise Advice and General Consultation:

  • Providing guidance, answering questions, and offering advice on exercise routines and other relevant topics as needed.
