Training Program Customization

Feeling in control and confident in your body is what I will help you achieve through movement. We will work together to create a training schedule that works best for your schedule and most importantly, your body.

Your customized training plan will include:

  • one 35-minute zoom call discussing your overall goals around training, what limitations you have, etc.

  • movements to strengthen imbalances in your body / any injuries that you are facing

  • a detailed video explanation of the overall movements and when to perform them, rest timing, RPE scale, etc.

  • exercises that best support your overall physique goal

  • provide detailed feedback on form

  • videos on how to properly execute workouts

  • stretching to prime the body for movement
